For unemployed with children: benefits can be made permanent

The allowance for non-working Russians with children, which the president of the country established in view of the crisis, can be introduced on an ongoing basis. This proposal was made by the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia (FNPR). They plan to give money only to families with minors, depending on the number of children in the family. This initiative will cost the budget 25-27 billion rubles a month.

In China, real per capita income fell

The nominal located income per capita in China was 8561 yuans (about $1211) for the first quarter 2020 that is 0.8% more year on year, reports on April 17 the Xinhua agency. After deducting price factors, disposable per capita income in China fell by a 3.8% year-on-year, the National Bureau of Statistics of the PRC reported.
