The Pentagon is monitoring the situation after the explosion in Beirut

The US Department of Defense is monitoring the situation after the explosion in the port of Beirut, on August 4, Reuters reports. We are aware of the explosion and are concerned about the possible loss of life in such a powerful explosion, a Pentagon spokesman said. An explosion of up to 100 tons of TNT destroyed part of the port of Beirut and caused severe damage to the surrounding areas of the capital of Lebanon. See also:

Sales of Renault cars increased in Russia
