Armenian epidemiologists teach their colleagues from Turkmenistan how to treat COVID-19
Turkmen doctors discussed with epidemiologists from Armenia measures to prevent and treat coronavirus and other dangerous infectious diseases, Media-Turkmen reports. Turkmen delegates noted that not a single case of coronavirus infection has yet been recorded in Turkmenistan. Armenian experts, in turn, told their colleagues about the peculiarities of the measures used in Armenia to counter the spread of coronavirus, the nuances of conducting ordinary and asymptomatic patients with a positive COVID-19 test, the specifics of antiviral treatment and the identification of sources of infection. All this information was presented by experts from Armenia in the form of a visual presentation, in which special attention was paid to the treatment of outpatient and inpatient patients in accordance with the recommendations of the World Health Organization.
