Infected COVID-19 of Bahrain ordered to wear bracelets


Electronic location bracelets will be required to be worn by Bahraini citizens diagnosed with COVID-19, Bahrain News Agency reported on April 5. Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa ordered the wearing of the bracelet. It will be implemented by the Information Electronic Government Department (IGA). Presumably, the device, which works in conjunction with the mobile app BeAware, will help the authorities to combat the spread of coronavirus. According to IGA head Mohammed Ali Al-Qaeda, the bracelet will send a warning if its owner is more than 15 meters away from his phone. An attempt to remove a bracelet or other violations of the regime is punishable by a monetary fine or imprisonment for three months or more. According to the latest data, 688 cases of HIV infection COVID-19 reported in Bahrain, of which four cases ended in death.

Sales of Renault cars increased in Russia

According to the results of March 2020, 13,640 cars of the French company Renault were sold on the Russian market by 5% more than a year ago. This is reported by the agency Autostat. From January to March dealers of the French brand sold 32,056 cars in Russia, which exceeds by 9% the indicator of the same period last year.
